This Beni Ourain piece was handwoven by a creative female artisan of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. This particular piece took almost six months for her to complete. For her, weaving is a form of creative expression. Every carpet she weaves has a story to tell.

Beni Ourain rugs are known for their thick and lush white wool which provides warmth in the snow covered Atlas Mountains. The reverse side is hand knotted for a second look, and in Morocco provides beauty and function for both winter and summer seasons.
